加州大学圣地亚哥分校全球政策与战略学院(School of Global Policy and Strategy，缩写：GPS)原为国际关系与太平洋研究学院(School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS))，设有以下四种学位项目：
国际事务硕士(Master of International Affairs (MIA))：为期2年，共计98个学分，属专业硕士项目。主要专注于研究太平洋地区各国家或地区的的商业、政治、经济学、发展、非营利管理与公共政策等方面，分国际经济学、国际管理、国际政治学、公共政策、国际环境政策、国际发展与非营利组织六个专业方向，并按中国、韩国、日本、拉美及东南亚划分为五个研究地域。核心课程包括：政策制定过程(Policy Making Processes)、管理经济学(Managerial Economics)、国际经济学(International Economics)、国际政治与安全(International Politics and Security)、全球化、世界系统与太平洋地区(Globalization, the World System and the Pacific)、决策与财会(Finance and Accounting for Policy Makers)、定量方法一(Quantitative Methods I)、定量方法二(Quantitative Methods II)
公共政策硕士(Master of Public Policy (MPP))：为期2年，共计92个学分，属专业硕士项目。核心课程包括：政策制定过程(Policy Making Processes)、管理经济学(Managerial Economics)、市场失效与政策干预(Market Failures and Policy Interventions)、美国政策与政治决策(Policy and Political Decision Making in the U.S)、公共财政(Public Finance)、政策分析与决策理论(Policy Analysis and Decision Theory)、定量方法一(Quantitative Methods I)、定量方法二(Quantitative Methods II)。

中国经济与政治事务硕士(Master of Chinese Economic and Political Affairs (MCEPA))：为期2年
国际事务高级研究硕士(Master of Advanced Studies in International Affairs)：属于高阶或在职教育，针对的是拥有5年以上工作经验国际事务方面的管理人才。
政治与国际事务博士(Ph.D. in Political Science and International Affairs)：该项目是与加州大学圣地亚哥分校政治系联合开办的，可通过政治系进行申请。
