运筹学与信息工程博士项目(PhD in Operations Research and Information Engineering)：为期4-5年，要求申请者拥有工程学、数学、计算机科学、数学经济学、物理等本科专业背景，且满足微积分概率论、计算机基础等前置课程要求。所有录取的学生均可获得系里发放的全额学费减免奖助学金及Fellowship、TA/RA等，该项目不接受校外转学申请
运筹学与信息工程专业硕士项目(M.Eng in Operations Research and Information Engineering)：为期1年，共计30个学分，要求申请者拥有数学、工程、物理、化学、数学经济学等本科学位背景，且满足一定的前置课程要求：微积分、概率论、统计、计算机编程、数据结构等。该项目提供2种奖学金形式：Merit-based和Need-based，名额有限，申请难度大。此外，该项目不接受校内或校外转学申请

(2)该系不接受GMAT成绩;GRE单项科目成绩要求：阅读均分162分，数学均分168分，写作均分4.28分;M.Eng项目要求的GRE单项科目最低成绩要求：阅读不低于165分，数学不低于166分，写作不低于3.5分;博士项目GRE要求为：阅读不低于162分，数学不低于168分，写作不低于4.28分
(3)TOEFL单项成绩要求：写作要求不低于20分，听力要求不低于15分，阅读要求不低于20分，口语要求不低于22分
(4)M.Eng项目春季学期申请截止日期是9月15日，最终申请截止日期是1月15日;博士项目申请截止日期是1月5日
(5)专业硕士项目每年的学费为$48,900;上表的学费是2016-17年度的学费要求，需要注意的是，美国大学每年学费有3%-5%的涨幅
