　　Applications are being solicited for a full time research scientist at Boston Children’s Hospital, the pediatric teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. The successful candidate will hold a doctoral degree (PhD, MD or MD, PhD) and will join an interactive research program in the Department of Urology that resides within a very strong research community in developmental biology, cell biology, physiology and materials science. Successful candidates will have research interests in disciplines of relevance to genitourinary tract function. Areas of interest could include biomarker research, glycobiology, mass spectrometry-based proteomics, computational biology and/or bioinformatics. Modern research space and competitive start-up funds are available. The investigator will hold both Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School faculty appointments and will also be expected to maintain a competitive research program.
